Common Hops

Humulus lupulus

This vine produces the pale green, hanging catkins used to give beer its bitter tang.  Leaves are heart-shaped or, near the ground, palmate with 5 or 7 lobes.  

Climbing vine, sun - partial sun

Summer-Autumn (June-October).
